Polimex Mostostal is the supplier of a great variety of platform gratings. We produced them in two techniques: whelding and pressing, using modern, automatically controlled production lines which guarantees the highest quality according to the DIN 24537 standard.

Because of the advantegeous relation of mass of gratings to their durability as well as assembly easiness and exploitation values, our platform gratings have wide range of applications as driveways, passageways, and protection for ditches, sewers or manholes.

Safety is our primary concern therefore in the places endangered by adverse conditions like snow, ice, lubricants or high level of humiditywe we offer specific type of gratings - anti slip gratings SERRATED. We manufacture them in both techniques welding and pressing in different shapes and dimensions according to Customer wish.

The esthetics of our platform gratings has been appreciated by architects and designers who use them as decorative elements in modern constructions such as stages, runways or buildings.

Apart from platform gratings we offer broad range of stairs: standard straight, straight with regulated height and spiral ones. All types conform strict quality standards, DIN 24531 norm, and conditions specified by The Polish Ministry of Infrastructure.

We offer the following anti-corrosion protection solutions:
- heat galvanizing
- metal spraying
The most common solution is heat galvanizing (hot-dip zinc coating) according to DIN 50976 norm, as it is the most efficient protection against unfavourable environmental conditions. The company provides also end-to-end metal spraying services, including: abrasive blasting treatment of steel surfaces, thermal spraying of zinc or aluminum, sealing metal coatings with painted coatings. Professional spray painting is carried out by means of the hydrodynamic method. Polimex-Mostostal is one of the few companies in Poland to provide a duplex protection system, based on spraying a zinc coating with a unique paint, which provides extra protection against corrosion and guarantees that the surface shall be the expected color.
