Welded gratings

In order to meet the increasing requirements of our Customers, in 1999 Polimex-Mostostal S.A. has developed fully automated production line for welded gratings type MOSTOSTAL. The manufacturing process introduced on the basis of this technology guarantees fast realisation the orders and on-time delivery.

In case of welded gratings, transverse rods stand for the binding element and play the role of cross bars. In the manufacturing process the resistance welding method is used in order to accomplish precise binding of trasverse rods and carrying flats (bearing bars). The weld between bearing bar and trasverse rod is durable and solid in any point of intersection, and performs high resistance to deformation.

In the point of weld the rod and the carrying flat become homogeneous material.

The rods having the role of binding element are available in different shapes: • Round plain bar (Ø 6 mm) • Square twisted bar • Grooved twisted bar

Welded gratings have broad application range. In order to satisfy the needs of the Customers, our offer for welded gratings contains wide range of meshes, depanding on the required carrying load.

The lowest price and the shortest delivery time is possible when purchasing standard width of welded gratings for the scale t=25,5 and t=34,3.
