Pressed gratings

The manufacture of pressed gratings includes precise binding of bearing bars and cross bars with the pressure of 1650 kN, which guarantees high durabiliy. We perform the process on modern, fully automated production lines. By introducing the waste-free production process, we are able to significanly lower the price of manufactured products while keeping their exquisite quality and aesthetical values of T-Profile framing.

In order to satisfy the needs of our Customers, we attach great importance to grating quality. The production process is focus on individual approach to a particular order rather than mass production. We meet individual requirements concerning grating size, shape and mesh.

Ordering standard mesh size for pressed platform gratings will significatly lower the price and delivery time.
